Privacy Policy

1. Game information stored on your device

The game stores progress, level results, personal bests, the current board and round state, achievements, login/victory dates, sound and vibration settings, language preferences and use of advertising rewards on your device. This information lets you resume play, retain your preferences and maintain daily or per-round limits.

The game has no player registration, player-to-player chat, public leaderboard or HAKAN GAMES cloud-save service. We do not upload game saves to a HAKAN GAMES server. Playing does not require your name, email address, phone number or payment details; the game has no purchase system.

Android system backup or device-transfer features may separately back up or restore app data, depending on your device and settings. These are not cloud-save services operated by HAKAN GAMES.

2. Age selection and children's privacy

Pocket Cargo is designed for a mixed audience of children aged 6 and over and adults. No age is preselected on first launch. You can select an age or choose not to disclose it.

The exact age is used temporarily during selection. We do not request a birth date or identity document. Only the answer status and a broad age group (under 13, 13–17, 18 and over, or undisclosed) are saved on the device. Appropriate protection settings are applied to the advertising system instead of sending the exact age.

The current version applies child-protective advertising settings to players under 18 and those whose age is undisclosed; it does not request interest-based personalized advertising or remarketing for these players. The game does not start its advertising provider before the age choice is completed. Age selection is not identity verification, parental permission or advertising consent.

Parents or guardians can contact us with a concern about a child's privacy. Please do not include the child's identity document, birth date or unnecessary personal information in your message.

3. Advertising and Google services

The game may offer rewarded ads and ads after a round through Google AdMob / the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Advertising privacy choices are managed with Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) in applicable regions. Local game saves do not depend on ads being available.

The advertising service may process an IP address and approximate location inferred from it, ad/app interactions, diagnostic information and permitted device identifiers. Processing depends on age-related protections, region, permissions and device settings. Purposes include delivering and measuring ads, service security, troubleshooting and fraud prevention. The game does not request precise GPS location.

Eligible adult users may receive personalized ads according to required permissions and regional rules. Protected request settings differ for children and users of unknown age. Non-personalized advertising does not mean that no information is processed.

Google and service providers involved in ad delivery may receive relevant advertising data under their processing terms. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps.

4. Your privacy choices

When required for your region and consent status, “Ad privacy choices” appears in the game's settings. You can use it to review the advertising choices offered to you. Android advertising privacy and backup controls may also be available in your device settings; options vary by Android version.

Reading this policy or opening the game does not constitute advertising consent. Required advertising permissions are handled separately. Withdrawing a permission does not automatically undo processing that occurred before withdrawal.

5. When you contact us

If you email the support address, we process your email address, message and attachments you choose to send in order to reply or resolve the issue. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Correspondence may be stored by the email service provider; the game does not collect it automatically.

6. Retention and deletion

Local saves remain while the app data remains on your device. On Android, you can clear app data through Settings → Apps → Pocket Cargo → Storage. Menu names may differ by device. This also removes your progress, records and preferences. System backups are managed separately; saves may be restored during reinstallation or device transfer.

We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the request and meet any applicable legal obligations. You can email us to request deletion of that correspondence. We cannot remotely delete device saves that we do not hold.

Advertising data processed by Google is subject to Google's retention and deletion rules. See Google's retention and deletion information for Google-held data and controls. Because there are no player accounts, there is no separate Pocket Cargo account to delete.

7. Security and international processing

Game saves are held in the app's device storage. Device security and system backups rely on operating-system protections. We do not promise that saves have additional encryption or that any system is risk-free. Google Mobile Ads encrypts the data it collects in transit.

Google, email and web-hosting services may operate infrastructure in different countries. Information handled by these services may be subject to their policies and applicable transfer rules. We do not independently sell local game saves.

8. Questions and your rights

Depending on the laws that apply where you live, you may have rights to information about your personal data, access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction of processing and a complaint to the relevant authority. Contact hkngkt35@gmail.com with your request. A child's parent or guardian can also contact us.

We may not be able to identify records held only on your device that we cannot access. We aim not to request more personal information than needed to handle a request safely. We will respond after considering your request and the obligations that apply.

9. This website

You do not need to sign in to read this page. We have not added advertisements, analytics tools or tracking cookies to it. The hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP address, request time and browser details, to serve the page and maintain security. Other sites linked here have their own privacy policies.

10. Policy updates

We update this page when the game or its data practices change; the current date appears above. Additional notice or separate permission will be provided for significant changes where required. The Turkish and English versions are intended to describe the same data practices.
